Artwork Requirements & File Transfer Guidelines
Adobe Illustrator File (Ai, Eps), any suite. Photoshop files should be layered for better colour matching.
High resolution PDF Files, editable in Illustrator.
Convert all fonts to outline or supply True fonts.
Include all working linked images.
Do not apply trapping.
Die-lines and White Backup (for Foils, and Clear substrates or Shrinks) need to be in separate layers.
Pantones need to be specified correctly by their PMS numbers. Please reference or use the PANTONE solid coated swatch library in Illustrator. If target colour match is not in PANTONE, please provide actual colour swatch for matching.
Provide samples of current shelf-packaging whenever possible.
For shrink-wraps, please do not distort artwork.
Files less than 10MB can be e-mailed to our production studio. For files over 10MB please upload to your FTP or send via WETRANSFER, WEBCARGO, YOUSENDIT (High Tail) or LEAPFILE.
If the artwork is already uploaded to your FTP, please provide us with download coordinates.
Please Archive/ Zip/ Compress all files before uploading them to the FTP.
